I was there for 2 nights and can't wait to go back. Food was outstanding and I stayed in the double room, it was exceptionally comfortable. There were a couple of nice clean restaurants.
Utterly happy with everything.

The location of this place is insane! It's so close to everything and convenient for exploring. The breakfast choices are awesome, and the owners and staff are really helpful and friendly. Plus, they have free wi-fi, a great restaurant, air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms, and no pets allowed. a super cool spot to stay!

In centre- easy to find- nice staff and 2 mons for beach - 200 quid for 4 nights people so not too bad as phi phi is expensive
opp a loud bar but we didn't mind. Beaches ok there but best to stay on long beach which is beautiful but only 100 baht in a water taxi. don't spend day on beaches near hotel as they are only so so in comp to long beach

I really enjoyed this charming hotel. The staff is really friendly, and the rooms are nice and very clean. The hotel also has a restaurant, which serves the best food in the island. I tryed several dishes and they where so yumi. I would for sure recomend this hotel. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach which is amazing.

cleanliness is top-notch - the location is bang in the center of town - lots of local insights, and the staff went above and beyond - such a great service!

The staff was excellent and very prompt. I felt safe and comfortable in my rooms..and the location is ideal for Phi Phi as you are right in the centre of town. The resturant is busy and tasty with lots of options and I felt that the rooms had a unique design that made my stay even more fun!
Can be a bit noisy but that is due to the bar that is nearby..closes at 1am and is very quiet after that point.

The location is perfect for someone going to Phi Phi for the party.
In our first room, the bathroom was full of mould, and later, cockroaches as well. After complainig twice and telling the manager of our intention to find other accommodation, we were offered another room. The minibars did not work in either of our rooms and our room was not cleaned once in 5 days, despite our asking for the service several times. Basically this is very budget accommodation, but they charge hotel prices (1800 THB/night).

The room is nice, clean and simple, close to the beach.
The hotel is right opposite the loudest bar of the island. Deffinately not recommeded to those who like to go to bed before 2am. That's when the bar closes. Be prepared for that, there is absoulutely no chance to sleep when the music is on!

Perfect place for my city break. Staff found my lost ID card on my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, restaurant, air conditioning, non-smoking rooms - everything I need. I keep coming back.

the free wifi and the location in the center of the island
very noisy during the night. The bathroom was tiny with the shower too close of the toilet and the beds were not comfortable

The staff was very accommodating in helping us cancel our booking early because the accomodations did not meet our expectations.
Loud music could be heard from many surrounding bars, restaurants, and clubs, including from the Pirates House Restaurant, which is below their guest rooms, until 2 or 3 am. The rooms also had many ants and roaches.

It had slides, swings, and even a mini rock climbing wall – they were entertained for hours. The hotel also had a fantastic Family Pool with a shallow end, making it safe for our younger children to splash around. We never had to worry about their safety.
In my wife's opinion, the Kids' Menu lacked enough healthy options.
